Refund policy

We stand behind what we sell. Our toys are chosen to support your child's development and made to last — and if something isn't right, talk to us. We'll always look for a fair solution.
Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Non-returnable items
- Used, damaged, or incomplete products
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior approval
We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these criteria.
How to start a return
Email mirthwell@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval can't be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error — in that case we cover it.
Refunds
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers can take a few extra days to post it on their side.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and nothing has arrived, contact us at mirthwell@gmail.com.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or two. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — including shipping, no hassle.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the one you want once the return is approved.
A note on natural wood
Our toys are made from real wood, and real wood varies — slight differences in grain and color from the photos are natural, not defects.
